The New Zealand government committed to improving the value and visibility of women in sport through a major strategy released released in 2018, this includes a major study into the way women are represented in sports media.   In this session Sport New Zealand and research partner Isentia talk through key elements of the strategy, and the research and evaluation designed to change current media behaviour, and what we've learned in the first 2 years of this work.
